We are carefully detailed and strive for quality, no rushed in-and-out jobs here. We’ll never leave your grass torn to shreds and our weekly services include lawn cutting and line trimming to not only make sure your grass is beautifully maintained, but also that your edges are nice and neat and well groomed.
We also offer two ways to deal with your clippings, we can mulch in place (our preferred method because our mowers chop that stuff up super fine and it’s great for your lawn health) or mulch and bag-take-away (for a small added fee.)!

When can we get started?

Do you do bi-weekly or once-per-month cuts?
We used to, but as of 2024, we no longer offer that option. We understand that for some people that is an inconvenience and we apologize for that. We found that our bi-weekly properties weren’t getting the care they needed and were also causing extraneous damage to our equipment, so we opted to nix that service.
Our goal is to help you have a healthy and lush lawn and if we’re only taking care of it every other week or once a month, we would miss things like cinch bugs, drought and even excessive weeds.
How much does it cost?
All of our lawns are priced on a per-case basis – no two properties are the same. With that said, we do have a $50 minimum fee. Book a free consult with us so we can come and take a look at your property and see what we can do to give you our best price!
Do I have to sign a contract?
Not for our lawn care services you don’t. We only ask you to sign a contract on bigger jobs such as Custom Hardscapes, Water Feature builds, Lighting projects and general design projects.
With that said, we DO offer a 5% discount on your services if you prepay for the season, so that’s something to think about!!
What payment methods do you accept?
When you sign up with us, we ask you to keep a credit card on file through our client care portal.
We do not see your card information in any capacity, nor do we pre-authorize or put a hold on your card in any form.
Lawn maintenance services and a la carte services will not be performed until a valid credit card has been placed on file.
Weekly maintenance services will be charged on the first day of the month, tendering out month to month.
A la-carte services will be charged next day after service is performed(Aerations, Clean Ups, Overseeding, etc). If there is material involved (mulch, soil, plants, stone work etc.) that will all be quoted to you in advance and will be charged prior to job start.
Custom Hardscaping, Water Features, Lighting and more complex Landscaping work will be estimated in advance and invoiced according to our job contract.
In the event of the card on file failing to authorize, the customer may be subject to a $25 late fee, if a new card is not placed on file within 48 hours. Services will be resumed after payment has been made, and the remaining account balance has been paid in full.
