Seasonal Cleanups

Give your property the best chance for success by starting every spring with a great clean up and then end your season with a good polish and wrap up in preparation for a cold, wet winter. Every property has different needs but depending on your consultation, your seasonal cleanup service may include:

Spring Cleanup Services:

  • Removing leaves and winter debris from garden beds
  • Shrub and hedge pruning (small hedges up to 10’-12’)
  • Cultivating the soil and re-edging garden beds
  • Transplanting and dividing perennials
  • Transplanting and moving shrubs and grasses
  • Cutting ornamental grasses (if they weren’t done in the fall)

Fall Cleanup Services:

  • Removing leaves and deadheading overgrowth from garden beds
  • Wrapping shrubs and trees for winter protection
  • Shrub and hedge pruning (small hedges up to 10’-12’)
  • Bulb planting (if you want to add more plants for the upcoming Spring)
  • Cutting back perennials and ornamental grasses
  • Transplanting and dividing perennials
  • Transplanting and moving shrubs and grasses
  • Mulch top-up (if needed)

When can we get started?

When should I have my seasonal cleanup?

We do our normal seasonal cleanups in April and May and then again in late September to November.

Now that doesn’t mean that if you’re calling us in June then we can’t get you in.. if you missed the mark, or if you’re heading out of town for the winter and want the cleanup done before you leave, we can definitely accommodate.

How much does it cost?

All of our properties are priced on a per-case basis – no two properties are the same. With that said, we do have a $150 minimum seasonal cleanup fee. Book a free consult with us so we can come and take a look at your property and see what we can do to give you our best price!

Do I have to sign a contract?

Not for our seasonal care services you don’t. We only ask you to sign a contract on bigger jobs such as Custom Hardscapes, Water Feature builds, Lighting projects and general design projects.

With that said, we DO offer a 5% discount on your services if you prepay for both spring and fall cleanups, so that’s something to think about!!

What payment methods do you accept?

When you sign up with us, we ask you to keep a credit card on file through our client care portal.

We do not see your card information in any capacity, nor do we pre-authorize or put a hold on your card in any form.

Lawn maintenance services and a la carte services will not be performed until a valid credit card has been placed on file.

Weekly maintenance services will be charged on the first day of the month, tendering out month to month.

A la-carte services will be charged next day after service is performed(Aerations, Clean Ups, Overseeding, etc). If there is material involved (mulch, soil, plants, stone work etc.) that will all be quoted to you in advance and will be charged prior to job start.

Custom Hardscaping, Water Features, Lighting and more complex Landscaping work will be estimated in advance and invoiced according to our job contract.

In the event of the card on file failing to authorize, the customer may be subject to a $25 late fee, if a new card is not placed on file within 48 hours. Services will be resumed after payment has been made, and the remaining account balance has been paid in full.
