Lawn Maintenance
- Grass clippings will be fine mulched in place, or we can arrange to bag it and remove the bags for an extra $5/week.
- Organic debris removal is $40/trip + any waste station fees (billed as charged by the municipality).
- Excessive trash or toy pickup will be subject to a $15 surcharge.
- Please make sure your property is accessible to our crew – locked gates, service work or general inaccessibility to the property will result in a return trip being required and will be subject to a return fee of $45.
- Please ensure that all pet waste is picked up and removed. Failure to do so will result in a $25 cleaning fee.
- Please ensure that your irrigation system is not set to operate on the days that you are scheduled to cut. If we arrive to a wet property, we may not be able to cut your lawn adequately and that may result in a service fee. Please reach out to us if you would like to add us to your irrigation system monitoring program so we can take care of that for you.
- We will do everything in our power to accommodate special schedule requests, but we cannot guarantee that your preferred day is the day that you will receive service. Our aim is to have your property serviced every 6-8 days.
